Returns
ASG Events Online Entry Portal will accept returns only if the goods are returned unused and delivered to the address on the contact page within 28 days of receipt. Shipping costs on returns will be for the customer's account. It is the responsibility of the customer to acquire a return authorisation number from ASG Events and further information regarding the returns procedure.

If you have received an incorrect item, it may be returned for exchange or refund.
Warranty Items
In genuine warranty cases, ASG Events will ship the repaired product or replacement product free of charge to the customer. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to ASG Events.
Guarantee
The authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's guarantees/warrantees or to provide aftersales service. ASG Events and our international suppliers will still carry the normal warrantees/guarantees of these products as well as providing after-sales service.
Shipping Information (SA only)
All items purchased through ASG Events must be collected from ASG's offices in Pretoria, unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. However, shipment can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. The customer will only be responsible for all shipping costs.
