This year, 1800 Ironmen and women took to the shores of PE to partake in Ironman South Africa and a[s]g was there to catch some of the action at the expo.

Rudy Project Wingspan helmets was on everyone's lips...or rather heads, as seen in the attached newspaper article

Interesting information:

James Lawrence is the IronCowboy and head coach for Tri Diaries and the Tri and Give a Dam project. James races and breaks these world records to challenge himself, prove the impossible to be possible and raise awareness for deserving non-profit organizations.
